Arduino Programming - From Novice to Expert These courses evolved from Arduino workshops run at UKUUG and Europython, and specialised small group Arduino programming courses, as well as from FTT's PIC32 and ARM Cortex M3 embedded programming courses. Click on the links below for HTML versions of the full course outlines
The last year has seen rapid progress in the development of 32 bit microprocessor based Arduino clones. These supplement, rather than replace the classical Atmel AVR 8 bit microprocessor based Arduinos.
In response to requests for running standard public courses/workshops and anticipating a potential demand for courses dealing with the more complex PIC32 and ARM Cortex M3 devices we are offering public Arduino programming courses | |||||||||||||||||||
Background to Arduino and Its Associated Technologies
The Arduino IDE (Integrated Devlopment Environment) evolved from the Processing project. The Arduino has proved to be an immensely important development in that it is encouraging artists to be creative with the use of microprocessors and sensors in devising all kinds of interesting "interactive creations" The Arduino community is very supportive and non-elitist, and Arduino's are now widely used in both technical and arts vocational and degree level courses."
However, in the UK and in Europe there are many innovative and creative people, and these courses are offered both to inspire, educate and create some kind of forum.
